The Seals of the Shem Angels are puzzling in many ways. I am pretty sure there was a mix up at some time – either on purpose or an honest mistake – and the order was lost. Some of these Seals stand out more than others and (I have said somewhere else before) there are some clues.
You can look for example at the Names of the 11th Angel and the 17th. Both are called LAVIH (Laviah). Their Seals are very different from each other. There’s 6 numbers between 11 and 17.
Now look at the 6th Angel LLHEL (Lalahel). And then look at the 12th Angel HHOIH (Hehaiah). Their Names are different but their Seals are the same. There’s 6 numbers between 6 and 12.
Food for thought perhaps.
Anyway: A key characteristic of these Seals is the relation between their width and height. They truly resemble writing in a secret alphabet more than other comparable figures. I have however found that the more symmetrical a figure is, the easier it is to “open”.
This is a version of the Seal of the 36th Angel of the Shemhamephorash: MNDEL (Menudel, or Mandiel, or Monadel). His placement in the Zodiac is in the final degrees of Virgo, and a few things that he is said to be able to help with is to secure employment, the deliverance of prisoners and to recover lost items.
In the double circle is the Latin of his Psalm.

DOMINE, DILEXI DECOREM DOMUS TUAE, ET LOCUM HABITATIONIS GLORIAE TUAE
Calmly recite the Psalm 3 times and then gaze into the center of the image as you call to Menudel and tell him of your needs. When you sense that the moment is there, close your eyes and say AMEN. Then thank God and the Angel.
